History

"Wolf Normalien" is a company that has specialised in the production of standardised machine parts since 1979 and supplies the global market. In the area of round parts (also stamped standards) and insulating boards according to customer drawing (special parts even from 1 pc.), we can offer the shortest delivery times. We are always very anxious to offer our customers best quality.

1979

Foundation of company by Günter Wolf in Dornbirn, Bürglegasse 7, with a production area of 60 m² and two employees.

1983

Rental of a larger production hall of around 400 m² in Dornbirn, Blumenegg 8; 6 employees.

1984

Start-up of the first CNC controlled machine.

1986

The company decides to buy premises with a production area of 1,600 m² on two floors. Gradually, the number of employees increases to 52.

1998

Start of construction of a two-storey workshop in Dornbirn, Primelweg 17; 300 m² office space, 3600 m² production space.

1999

Completion of the new premises; move-in.

2001

Daniel Wolf new CEO.

2011

By automating the machine park, we have reduced the number of employees to 35.

2013

Current number of employees 38 including 4 trainees.

2019

Expansion of the existing company building from 3600 to 7200 square meters of production area with an integrated high-bay warehouse for 400 t of round steel.

2021

Completion of the new factory hall.

2024

The photovoltaic system with an output of 386 kWp has been in operation since March 2024.
